We’ve been working with this vineyard for about three years now and are always impressed by the quality of the fruit. The Albarino grows East of Lodi, California tucked in the mountain side. This allows the nights too cool down significantly which preserves the acidity in the wine. We fermented this wine in stainless tanks, keeping the temperature cool through ferment so we could capture as much aromatics as possible.Albarino is a great alternative when you are searching for a dry, white wine. It’s zippy yet approachable and matches wonderfully with food, especially those fresh garden veggies. Think notes of lime zest or a fresh lemon kick!
