Be our guest. Chef John Wallace of the Vineyard Kitchen takes over the evening with a coursed meal served in the Cellar Lounge. These dinners challenge the kitchen to think outside the box, dive deep into unique flavors and create a menu special for the evening.
The four-course meal will be predetermined. Have the option to add on a wine pairing for each course or simply order wine, beer, or N/A products during your visit.
