RSVP Link for Harvesting on Sat. September 14th
The sun is shining and the grapes have ripened – it’s time to harvest the vineyard here at LedgeStone! This fall heat has turned up the ripening notch and it’s time to bring the grapes into the winery for the 2024 vintage.
Let us know if you are IN to helping harvest with the RSVP LINK
Here is what you need to know (we’ll send another email on Friday with anything that was missed)
- Dress in layers, waterproof shoes are ideal to keep dry in the morning dew
- Bring: water bottle, gardening gloves, pruners if you have them
Provided:
- Pruners (if you don’t have them)
- Water, good conversation and learning
- Food for when we finish + wine + beers :D
- A glimpse into the winemaking process as we begin to crush after picking (if time allows)
It’s always a huge help when people come out to the vineyard to help bring in the fruit for the 2024 harvest.
