‘The Big Chill” – a gathering ‘class’ to take you through the winter with a vineyard tour and lesson in the cellar! Meet with our Vineyard Manager Bob outside for a bit of knowledge sharing about what goes down in the vineyard during these colder months and get a glimpse into the days of pruning vines.
Then you’ll head into the cellar to extend your knowledge from outdoors to inside with Ambassador Amy! We’ll answer questions like, whats going on with the barrels as they age? Or perhaps what does bottling look like at LedgeStone? Winter can be a very critical time for a winery and we are here to share a bit of that insight.
• Arrive: 10:30am – we’ll head straight into the vineyard (meet in the tasting room)
• 11:00 – 12:30pm – barrel cellar for the indoor experience (drinking wine, lessons in aging, bottling, barrels…)
•$35 per person to join & learn during ‘The Big Chill’!
• Also included is a flight of wine (is it barrel samples? tank pulls?) + light seasonal bites!
